You can also answer "no" to the installation question about
whether csh is installed.  Making either one of those
part of the recipe ought to clean up the problem.

This is covered by a bugreport in the certification
system (0030), with the following resolution:

Recognizing the transition to a future version
of the POSIX standard, it was agreed to allow
for LSB 1.3 the value of _POSIX_VERSION to be
either 199506L or 200112L.
An interpretation is therefore granted.
(an errata will be raised against the specification
to document this). 


In other words, it's allowed to "fail" with 200112
value until the test/spec can catch up.
