As a heads-up to the Loongson developers: The binutils and gcc packages are updated
very frequently, so upstream changes are usually delivered to Debian quite quickly.

There should be no need to build custom versions of gcc and binutils. Just make sure
the changes you need are backported to stable branches, i.e. to the stable branch
of gcc-13, where possible.

For binutils, Matthias Klose (doko) very often uploads preview versions as can be
seen from the release history [1]. So building a custom version of binutils should
not be necessary even when the requested changes have not been backported to a stable
branch of binutils.
