Easier customization of GUI language

Hello; I've tested:

debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-cinnamon
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-debian-junior
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-gnome
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-kde
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-lxde
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-lxqt
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-mate
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-standard
debian-live-13.0.0-amd64-xfce

And Gnome flavour seems to be the only one that allows user to change GUI language with only visual steps (no command line, offline).

KDE is very near, but others aren't.
I think boot menu should help on this.
There are much more people outside english-speaking community that inside, and much more people outside ICT-experts community than inside.
