MR39 [1] contains a patch [2] which will remove the .txt version of the 
manual (which is IMHO not very important as the HTML, PDF and epub 
versions are nicer to read).

But still, I'm cloning this bug report to SiSU, which causes the .txt 
version of live-manual to FTBFS.

To reproduce with SiSU:
git clone https://salsa.debian.org/live-team/live-manual.git
cd live-manual/manual/en
sisu --no-manifest --no-search-form --txt --verbose live-manual.ssm

The relevant error message from the log is:
uninitialized constant SiSU_Txt_Plain::Source::Scroll::Fixnum
usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/sisu/txt_plain.rb:256.
