This is a well-known issue that was fixed in a commit to live-build: https://salsa.debian.org/live-team/live-build/-/commit/8eaf20daf1cf79669975b1acfe4d6fa453eb6307 Unfortunately the live-build package on the Debian repositories has not yet been upgraded. -- John
