Error message doesn't make much sense to me, but btrfs-progs and
btrfs-progs-udeb do exist in testing, and should be downloaded just fine.

Inspecting the code, it looks like it is finding versions, and newest
version, but not URI to it? The error message is really confusing, and
doesn't help debugging or fixing the issue by itself.
