Bug#991276: Boot existing Host Operating System or VM into Live Mode (grub-live)

This is a feature request to adopt / re-implement grub-live.
It provides functionality to "Boot existing Host Operating System or VM
into Live Mode".
1. install Debian normally.
2. install grub-live
3. choose in grub boot menu the existing, already installed Debian into
either persistent or live mode

Essentially just only 1 grub configuration drop-in file:

Potential future enhancements:
- More generic package name that includes implementations for boot
loaders other than grub.
