Unfortunately, I was somewhat mistaken ...
Two things need to happen before this issue is solved:
1) You need to upload expeyes 4.8.1+repack-3 to unstable
2) It needs to enter testing, which should happen after 5-10 days
The real problem is that Non-free images with firmware pull in
*all* packages with "firmware" or "microcode" in their names,
not just those with files in /lib/firmware.

However, it probably isn't worth the time to fix this bug until after
vmdebootstrap is replaced.
