?? your request for help is not very clear... Do you mean that you have constructed a Debian live disk using live-build and you are trying to run this on a laptop that has a Linux Mint host installed? (which is irrelevant btw).

if so then what was the config used to build the live-disc with live-build?

Disabled Windows Bootloader in Bios. 

Disabled Secure Boot Control. 

OS mode Selection: CSM AND UEFI SELECTED. Toggled both and CSM or UEFI. 

Error message after disabling windows boot loader: 

"All boot options are tried. Press F4 key to recover with factory image using recovery and any other keys for next boot loop iteration" 

Device is a Samsung Laptop.
