I think you're looking for syslinux/isolinux/pxelinux and the
corresponding configuration file (usually something named syslinux.cfg
or isolinux.cfg, or pxelinux.cfg/default).

Syslinux user here, net.ifnames=0 biosdevname=0 working fine for me.
