Bug#865386: Overly tight permissions on the root of images made with live-wrapper

The root directory of the ISO image is mode 0700
(i.e. drwx------). This is clearly coming through from the temporary
directory it's derived from, created using tempnam. This is rather
silly and pointless, but hardly critical. Patch coming soon.
