/usr/bin/env: apt-get: No such file or directory

Hi folks

I'm getting a weird error when I run `lb build`:

[...]
I: Extracting zlib1g...
P: Begin unmounting filesystems...
P: Saving caches...
/usr/bin/env: apt-get: No such file or directory

This happened three times in a row, so it doesn't seem a sporadic error.

I'm running live-build version 4.0.3 on debian jessie.
I've made just a small change to my project (I've added testing 
repository and a pinning preference), which used to compile fine.

Any idea about what might be wrong?
