Go to http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/l/live-build/ find the file named http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/l/live-build/live-build_20151215kali3_all.deb, download it, install it using your preferred method (I use gdebi). Then install the other live packages you want from the regular debian repository.

This is not the only way to do things it is just the easiest way for me.

Kali Linux has a live-build package that has inbuilt UEFI support. It is what I use.
