This is Debian. You can install these.

The fact that devices disconnect on sleep and never reconnect points
to a bug in USB controller hardware and/or ACPI tables which is not
uncommon in Intel chipsets (and possibly others).

Please file a bug with the kernel and/or upstream kernel bugzilla and
seek advice of kernel expert familiar with PC USB hardware to
determine the exact issue so the kernel can work around the issue in
the future. Also updating your BIOS might improve things sometimes.
