Sorry to see it come to this.

Thank you for scrupulously tracing the history of this issue so people
(like me) ignorant of that history can catch up to understand the
positions of the various parties involved.

Thank you, also, for your work on ‘live-build’, and for ensuring it
remains available should others want to continue.
