Bug#807957: debian-live: set up the live-build-cgi server again

Hi,

The live-build CGI frontend hosted by Daniel disappeared when Daniel
retired from the Debian Live team.

This project will need someone interested and will need to find all the
hardware/power/bandwidth/rackspace too.

Currently the live-build-cgi git repository has been archived at:

  https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-live/archive/live-build-cgi.git/

We can move this back into the root debian-live directory and continue
development if there is interest.

For now this is being filed with the severity of wishlist, this is not
critical to the mission of the Debian Live team in my opinion.
