There is no hurry, you can take your time. There is plenty of time
until stretch is released :)

The link you posted refers to an old version of the manual. The most
up-to-date version is autobuilt from git every 30 minutes from the
debian-next branch (which is the one we should always work with) and
can be read online at:

http://live.debian.net/manual/current/html/live-manual.fr.html
