please do not change only the translated man pages;
without changes in po files, those files will be overwritten by po4a.

normal workflow will be:
 change the original(English)
 -> run "make" will update pot and translations
 -> sync po files for the translations
 -> run "make" again will update translated pages

for small changes like fixing typo, of course you can change
both of .po and .7 files directly instead of repeating "make".
