live-build: LB_APT_INDICES="false" does not remove indices

Hi all,

I found that setting LB_APT_INDICES="false" does not work as expected in the recent live-build version (4.0.3).

After the live image is generated, the apt indices in /var/cache/apt and /var/lib/apt/lists/ is not empty.  My wheezy live-build (3.0.5) works as expected.
