ubuntu support in live-build is best effort (means, we apply patches to
make stuf work if someone provides them, but nobody of us is actively
working/tracking ubuntu, so things don't magically happen on their own
as they do for debian).
ubuntu uses a different compression than debian, and live-build doesn't
work with that as it hardcodes the compression. patches welcome :)
