Ok started some test builds and it fails still:

without using my local mirror (sample http://cgi.build.live-systems.org/build/20130925.150722.002330543/log ) so perhaps something with

mirror not sure. For now going to point to my local mirror on the system again. I will leave note on todo.

This is probably related to the overriding on builds to use local mirror on web front end. Thank you for reporting and I will look in to addressing this for the installer component. I have added to the todo list.
