Greetings,

Hi,

Thanks for building my Debian Live! I have downloaded the same, and this may be treated as a kind acknowledgement for all your great efforts in providing an OS as per the users' requirements. This is my first experience of requesting the build of a Live Image 'online' and it's a unique thing that you guys at Debian offer!

Glad you liked it. Here is general information about as referenced in the manual http://live.debian.net/manual/unstable/html/live-manual.en.html#165

A small suggestion: You could give a little more freedom in mentioning important packages to be added in the live image (CGI Packages List) in the form of, say, package name (with a check-box) so that 'not-so-great-experts' like me would find it easy to get them added in the Live Image itself. Also, in case of 'Advanced bootstrap options' I found that the web-build offered me only 'main', while 'contrib' and 'non-free' were not available (LB_ARCHIVE_AREAS). Perhaps, things have changed recently, as whatever I am referring-to is based on this blog-post: http://www.maketecheasier.com/create-custom-debian-live-cd-through-the-web/2010/09/14

The LB_ARCHIVE_AREAS is set to main for legal reasons.

best regards,

Subramanian

Thanks for taking time to provide feedback.
