Syncing finally finished. The 7.0.0 images are in place at

  http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/release/

and the +nonfree ones at

  http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/

Each includes torrents for the .iso files; I'm just asking maswan to
sync things to the seeders now.
