Yes. Re-running lb config does *not* reset all your defaults in
config/bootstrap. That's why in live-manual (chapter 6) it is
recommended that you use auto/*. Please read that chapter and follow its
advice, writing your own auto/config file with --mode debian. All should
be well after that.
