Ummm ... what the heck? You know config/archives is for *additional*
archives, not the standard ones belonging to your distribution. This is
very strange.
See man lb_config, --mirror-chroot and --archive-areas, e.g.
lb config --mirror-chroot http://ftp.ch.debian.org/debian/
--archive-areas "main contrib non-free"
