Re: grub not included in debian live?

i created a live cd and specified installer = live in lb 

i unsquashed filesystem,squashfs, and checked the folders but could not find anything related to grub in it. 

i then installed that particular live cd in VM and found that it was using grub to boot in..

I wanted to know where this grub came from? did it come from live installer? or is it hidden somewhere in live/filesystem.squashfs?
