More carefully qualify live-build.d.n time estimate?

Hello Ben,
thank you very much for your answer. The build process took longer
than 30 minutes (as disclaimed at the web page) so I should be more
patient in future. Best wishes
Good point. That page says:
"Depending on the options you have selected, the build takes about
between 5 and 20 minutes."
I question this figure and this particular phrasing, as the time depends
not only on config options but also how long the build system takes to
process the job from the queue.
For example:
http://live-build.debian.net/build/20120109.120100.501527493/
The timestamp here is early:
build 09-Jan-2012 12:01 1.1K
But the log itself indicates the build didn't start until nearly two
hours later! After it started, though, it took only 7 minutes, as can be
seen in the log:
Begin: Mon, 09 Jan 2012 13:43:14 -0600
...
End: Mon, 09 Jan 2012 13:50:15 -0600
Similarly, the build by 'os.news' in question is timestamped 03:18, the
log doesn't start until 03:38 and it finishes at 03:56, so it is still
within the 20m estimate, but the job wasn't done until almost 40m later
due to the 20m wait before the job started.
So, any ideas how we can rephrase our estimate to set realistic user
expectations?
Ben
