you're using live-build and lenny is unsupported by live-build, see
http://live.debian.net/project/lifespan/
even using an older version (live-helper 1.x), you should not use it
anymore, lenny is not supported by debian anymore.
should you insist on using lenny no matter what, use the debian-old-1.0
branch from the live-build git repository, it has updated URLs to
reflect the move of lenny to archive.debian.org (and a few other fixes
that were applied after the last upload of live-helper to debian).
