Yes, it is. The link should point to the "About the Debian Live project"
section of the online version of live-manual. It was already reported on
this list some months ago.
But one of the developers of the project (Ben) suggested (and I
think it is an excellent idea) fixing the link to point to the "stable"
version of the manual when it is moved to its right location, which
afaik won't take long.
