Is the manual from the Stable version available on-line somewhere? Apart
from the package live-manual itself, of course.

The Homepage link from the live-* packages are to http://live.debian.net ,
which doesn't really hint that the manual is obsolete for the users of
the Stable version.

Would it be possible to include a static copy of the manual at, say,
http://live.debian.net/manual-2.0/ and then have
http://live.debian.net/manual refer to it:

"This is the manual for the development version (3.0) that is to be
included in Debian 7 (Wheezy). It has a number of changes from version
2.0 included in the Stable version of Debian (6, Squeeze).

<link to manual-2.0>".

Alternatively, separate "Documentation" links, as in
http://httpd.apache.org/ . But I suppose this will make things
overly-complex.
