Just have a look at the logs, at one of the last lines:

E: Package 'live-initramfs' has no installation candidate
http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=live-initramfs
Live-initramfs package seems to be only on stable and oldstable.
I'd probably have the same problem, and I'm planning on building a
live soon, based on testing/unstable so I'm interested in this issue.
