I try to build wheezy live usb-hdd using live-build, for example this simple config:
# lb config -b usb-hdd -a i386 --binary-filesystem fat32 --distribution wheezy --linux-flavours 686 --bootloader syslinux -p xfce
binary.img was created, but cannot boot from a usb stick or qemu, because syslinux config files are missing.
# mount -t vfat -o loop,offset=512 binary.img /tmp/live
# ls -la /tmp/live/syslinux
