Bug#646336: live-build: lh_config documents non-supported option --packages option

Package: live-build
Version: 3.0~a37-1
Severity: normal

Hello,

The manual at
http://live.debian.net/manual/en/html/customizing-package-installation.html#369
describes the option --packages to include only a small number of
packages. Calling lb config with that option however gives an error.

	vincent@PC-Vincent:~/live/tmp$ lb config --packages lvm2
P: Considering defaults defined in /etc/live/build.conf
	lb config: unrecognized option '--packages'
	vincent@PC-Vincent:~/live/tmp$

The only way to include only a small number of packages is now to create
a list in config/chroot_local-packagelists. It would be nice to have
the --packages option again.

regards,
Vincent
