Bug#640821: live-config-sysvinit: Debian reboot directly in the same kernel, does not show GRUB
Package: live-config-sysvinit
Version: 3.0~a26-1
Severity: normal
Tags: d-i squeeze wheezy
Hello, this is a bug regarding Debian Live project.
In Debian Live medium, and in an installed Debian from a live medium,
when I reboot the system, it reboots directly to the same kernel,
not showing computer BIOS, neither GRUB, to can boot another different OS or a different kernel.
I mean, it boots automatically the Live system again, or the normal installed
system if it was installed using Live medium (live-installer).
This affects at least, Debian 6.0.2 (stable) images.
In a system installed from Debian 6.0.2 live medium, and upgraded to testing (wheezy), the problem is
still reproducible.
