Package: live-build

in lb, we have two sorts of commands, those that are executed within the
chroot, and those which are operated on the chroot from the outside
(host) system.

the former should stay implemented in shell, as this is the least common
denominator. the latter can be implemented in any language that lb is
written in.

to make transforming lb from shell into a higher level language, those
two commands should be seperated clearly and made more modular.
