i didn't cleanup properly when removing --bootstrap-exclude (if it ever
was there, not sure about that and haven't checked), however, there's
LB_BOOTSTRAP_EXCLUDE still, means, for the time being, you can export
LB_BOOTSTRAP_EXCLUDE.
in general, since it doesn't make sense to replicate every debootstrap
option and export it as a lb option, we should only focus on the ones
that are really needed, and the rest should be done by a
_DEBOOTSTRAP_OPTIONS variable that allows users to set their own stuff.
noted on todo, will look into it at some later point.
