Bug#633732: live-build should recommend or suggest xorriso

Package: live-build
Version: 3.0~a23-1
Severity: normal

*** Please type your report below this line ***

Without xorriso, live-build fails to create binary-hybrid.iso. Since
this is the default, it seems like xorriso should be a Recommends for
the live-build package, but it should at least be a Suggests.
