apart from the fact that the patch is not appliable as is as it's not
following codying style (one config script per binary package, amongst
others), i think it's also wrong.
the behaviour should be:
* booting by default: ttyautologin enabled, or leave at whatever
else is already configured manually within the image.
* booting with nottyautologin and persistent: ttyautologin
permenantly disabled, unless..
* ..booting with ttyautologin and persistent: (re)enables
ttyautologin permanently again.
