avoiding cdn.debian.net

Hello,

My 'lh_config' has
  --mirror-chroot http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/  \
  --mirror-bootstrap http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/  \

But during build is _also_ http://cdn.debian.net used.
The target also uses cdn.debian.net.

How to avoid cdn.debian.net ?
(or 'How to overwrite "cdn.debian.net" with a other archive mirror ? )
