git repositories

for those who care..

i've finally sat down and cleaned up the git repositories of live-manual and live-initramfs (they have now proper branches for upstream and pristine-tar, and topic branches per major version where applicable, etc., like live-helper has since half a year).

this was the second to last step before starting with live-initramfs 2.x; the last (and outstanding) one is, to merge the remaining casper version in, and then branching off.

on a related note, i'm thinking of dropping live-initscripts as an individual package (that's going to be merged into live-startscripts anyway, the sysv parts splitted out from live-initramfs 2.x) and live-startscripts completely (hasn't shown to be useful for debian).

Regards,
Daniel
