Hello

doing http netboot with an ethernet card that the kernel does not
recognize results in 

kernel panic (not syncing): attempted to kill init

Previously I have seen some nice explanation with AA debian logo but no
more.

with select_eth_device in place, it gives enough output when using netboot to see, what was the failing cause (no link or unsupported card, etc.), closing.
