In the man page for lh_config.en.1, it states in the documentation for
the option --packages-lists that if a user has local package lists
they have to be stored in the config/chroot_local-packageslists directory
and they will be processed. However, this is not strictly true, as the
filenames for the local package lists must have suffix .list. 

I think the man page should make it clear that to enable a local package list 
it should  have suffix .list.
