you've changed all the "\fIFOO\fR" to \fI"FOO\fR".
to my understanding, the underlining shows that this has to be expanded.
therefore, i have not underlined the quotes, because they are not to be
expanded, but to be written literally.
do you have references for why the quotes should be underlined as well?
