Not sure how to do that but maybe this from live-initramfs man page:
ip[=frommedia]
If this variable is set, dhcp and static configuration are
just skipped and the system will use the (must be) media-preconfigured
/etc/network/interfaces instead.
And if the network is operational upon boot you could make custom
rc.local and pull in what you want from say a web server. I am not for
sure if hook= is working or not. If it is working then it too could be
used to inject setting you want.
