As always thanks for the help.

I was not aware of these files, never needing them before, having 
looked into the manual, this is where I am at:
(All in config/chroot_sources/)

My live.chroot, contains:
deb http://deb.opera.com/opera lenny non-free ./

My foo.chroot.gpg:
F9A2F76A9D1A0061

This number I took from the failed build console output

I now get:
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

So I guess the format of my foo.chroot.gpg file is wrong?
Can you help with this?

Incedently on Opera site they state this:
gpg --keyserver subkeys.pgp.net --recv-key 6A423791

Even using the last eight digits, it's still different
