autologin - custom existing user

HI!

Does autologin with debian live and a specific user that is available in
the root fs work and how?
I want to autologin the existing mythtv-user (mythtv).
Debian Live autocreates auto login users, is this right?
I've tested mingetty with --autologin in the /etc/inittab but inetd
complains about not existing /dev/tty at boot. What's wrong?

config/chroot_local-includes/etc/inittab:
(changed original part)

1:2345:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty1
2:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty2
3:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty3
4:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty4
5:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty5
#6:23:respawn:/sbin/getty 38400 tty6
6:23:respawn:/sbin/mingetty --autologin mythtv tty6

config/chroot:

LH_PACKAGES="mythtv-themes mythtv-frontend xorg lirc-modules-source lirc
debian-multimedia-keyring console-common mingetty"

Please help!
