this is very annoying and imho a bug in iceweasel. it tries to be smart
by detecting already running iceweasel instances on the same machine. as
a workaround you need to close the iceweasel instance on your local
system, then the instance launched in the chroot will not see any
already running iceweasel and start a new one from the chroot.
