[PATCH] full l10n support for live-helper

Hi,

In addition to the basic l10n support patch[0] already merged, I just
pushed the last changes[1] that make l10n stuff fully working in
live-helper.

I made some tests with pt_BR translation and it seemed to work well.

Note that once it's merged, the way we handle Echo_* functions will
change a little. Also, there are a lot of modifications in several
files, so please give a special atenttion to this patch analysis before
merging :)

I intend to keep online and working on lh next days in debconf, so be
free to ping me in #debian-live.
