lh_config question

so where's the disagreement? i did excately write that. however, code
was not updated yet, the sourcing of LH_CONFFILE was one step too late,
which is adjusted now.

the order is (this time with sync in code):

system-wide config (/etc/default/live-helper) >> local config (config/*)
>> local config file (/some/file/whatever) >> commandline parameter
(--foo bar)

ftr: before, it was: system >> config >> parameter >> local conffile
