Web Boot question

Hi all,

just want to ask about the HTTP WEB boot ( live fetch=http ... ).

[ Success with VirtualBox ]
I've got success with VirtualBox. It worked.

[ NIC Problems ]
When trying using another PC, the initial-boot (etch, lenny) fails
to configure the NIC interface ...
I'm using Etch Standard and Lenny Standard as "pre" boot (initial boot).

a) Asus P5S800 ( RTL 8100 ) fails ...
b) Gigabyte MA69GM ( RTL 8110SC ) fails ...
c) Gigabyte M61PM ( RTL 8211 ) fails ...

then, the parameter "live fetch=" when invoked, freezes the boot process ...

any help will be fine,
or just pointing me to some links with information will be fine.
